This patient came to DentalShine in Islington as they were unhappy with the positioning of their teeth. The main concern was that he had a baby tooth in the lower front arch, which had become loose.
After several consultations, we carefully assessed the patient’s dental structure and discussed the best options to achieve the desired outcome. Based on our findings, we agreed that a comprehensive treatment plan involving teeth straightening with Nuvola aligners, followed by teeth whitening, would be the ideal approach.
Before the treatment began, the baby tooth fell out, leaving a gap. Unfortunately, placing an implant was not possible for various reasons, we therefore completed the treatment with a Maryland bridge to replace the missing tooth.
As you can see in the before and after photographs below, the treatments helped the patient to achieve a straighter, brighter smile. The patient is now very happy with their smile.
